Who Will Benefit:
This report is a tool for internal or external counselors working with leadership development, coaching, cultural change counseling, and management development.

Program Description:
Data is collected from the 196-responses to multiple-choice questions (30 to 45 minutes is required to complete this un-timed assessment.) From this data is generated the Leadership Coaching Report, which includes a profile page summarizing the individual’s scores for the 16 Primary Factor dimensions and 5 Global Factors.

Value Added:
The report provides strategies to enhance strengths and suggests readings, seminars, and activities to facilitate growth in the areas targeted for development. With this positive, non-judgmental feedback, the leadership participant and coach can create an action plan for on-going leadership development.
