Participants take a 15-minute, 28-question on-line assessment. Each
participant receives a personalized feedback report and workbook.
The feedback describes the participants’ behavior style in
different situations. The workbook guides the participant through
a structured process for turning feedback into enhanced personal
effectiveness.
