Program Description:
Participants take a 15-minute, 28-question on-line assessment. Each participant receives an expanded personalized feedback report and workbook. The feedback describes the participants’ behavior style in different situations. The workbook guides the participant through a structured process for turning feedback into enhanced personal effectiveness.

The Value Added:
Through the enhanced report, the individual receives detailed feedback on his or her personalized relationship style, covering:

• Creating positive relationships
• Relating to people and the environment

Our Offering:
The DiSC instrument is taken online via the Cornerstone HR Consulting website. Customized reports (38 to 42 pages) are prepared for each individual. Feedback can be given by your staff or ours
