In 15 minutes, the 54-question, on-line FIRO-B instrument assesses
a client’s interpersonal needs and the impact of that individual’s
behavior in the workplace. The FIRO-B instrument assesses three
basic needs:
Inclusion—How
much attention, contact, and recognition we give and how much
we expect from others.
Control—How
much influence and responsibility we desire and how much we expect
from others.
Affection—How
much intimacy we extend and how much we expect from others
