Program Description:
The MBTI^® is a 20 minute, 93-question, on-line, computer-scored assessment and feedback guide. Individuals receive feedback about their personality preferences from 16 different types PLUS identifying their value to the organization through individual strengths, leadership style, and preferred work environment. The feedback includes highlights for areas needing further development.

Our Offering:
The MBTI^® Step I is taken online via the Cornerstone HR Consulting website. Customized reports (11 pages) are prepared for each individual. Feedback can be given by your staff or ours.
