Our philosophy of transformation comes
from a very personal experience here on the campus. For
years an old walnut tree had been hindering growth
on the campus grounds. An expert called
in to fell the tree realized that the old tree
could be useful for lumber. Another expert
lumberman milled the tree and kiln dried the lumber
for several months to prepare it for the master
craftsman. With great skill and diligence
the master craftsman transformed the rough lumber
into a magnificent conference table for The Stables
- headquarters at Cornerstone HR Consulting. The
conference table at the Stables is a daily reminder
of the power of knowledge, skill, teamwork and
determination to transform – people and business.
