Did you know employers can be held liable for workplace
sexual harassment even if management didn’t know about the
incidents. Will your organization be held liable for sexual harassment
incidents, or has “reasonable care to prevent and correct”
been exercised?
Who Will Benefit: All employees
from senior management to entry level hourly workers.
Program Description:
This 20 minute on-line program describes the legal definition of
sexual harassment and provides real life case examples. Guidance
is provided on what to do to prevent sexual harassment charges.
Included in the program is a 5-minute on-line test that checks the

the on-line test are provided via email to the designated company
