Meet Anna

I have over 25 years of experience in Human Resources as a Chief Human Resources Officer and Assistant Superintendent. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Business and Management from Prescott College and a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University. I have developed recruitment and incentive programs to improve job opportunities for all employees. I also implemented new HR and applicant tracking systems to make the HR and Payroll departments more efficient. In benefits administration, I have managed both self-funded and fully insured health plans.
