ABOUT ME

Solutions Oriented Professional

I have worked in the field of Human Resources for the past 20+ years as a Chief Human Resources Officer and an Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources.  I have a bachelor’s from Prescott College in Business and Management and a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University. 

 

During my tenure in human resources I was responsible for designing recruitment, retention and incentive pay programs designed to enhance employment opportunities for all exempt and non-exempt employees. In addition, I have implemented new HRIS and applicant tracking systems to enhance the efficiency of the Human Resources and Payroll departments.  In the area of benefits administration, I have directed self-funded and fully insured health plans.
